Before you order

Questions, answered

What if I pick the wrong shade?+

We send the correct one free — no return, no postage, no restocking fee. Just email support@clickcraftventures.net within 30 days with your order number and which shade you need. Matching online is hard and we don't think you should pay for that.

Does "full coverage" mean it looks like a lot of makeup?+

No — it's buildable, which is the whole point. One thin layer evens your tone and reads as skin. A second dot only where you want it gives you full coverage in those spots, without turning your whole face into a flat mask.

Will it sit in my fine lines or pores?+

The creamy formula is designed to press into skin rather than sit on top, so it doesn't cling to texture the way powder-based sticks do. Apply to well-moisturised skin and use less than you think — over-applying is what makes any foundation settle.

Do I need a brush or sponge?+

No. Fingers work best — your skin's warmth melts the formula so it blends seamlessly. A damp sponge works too if you prefer a sheerer finish, but nothing extra is required.

What skin types does it suit?+

Dry, normal and combination skin love it. If you're very oily, set the T-zone with a light translucent powder and it'll hold all day. On dry skin it's especially good because it doesn't cling to flaky patches.

How long does one last?+

Used daily, roughly three to four months. Most people use far less per application than they expect, because the coverage builds.

Is it tested on animals?+

No. FaceLove is not tested on animals.

I have sensitive skin — is it safe?+

As with any new cosmetic, patch test on your inner arm first and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, check the ingredient list on the packaging or ask your dermatologist first. Avoid contact with the eyes.

How fast is shipping?+

Free tracked shipping, dispatched within 24 hours. Most orders arrive in 5–8 business days. Tracking may take a day or two to activate after dispatch.

What if it's not for me at all?+

Email support@clickcraftventures.net within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Please note: FaceLove Foundation Cream is a cosmetic product for external use only. Patch test before first use. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Shade appearance varies by screen, lighting and skin type.
